1. Our wedding advice for any future wedding couples.....
Try your utmost best to be present in the day and everything happening around you. Everything is on a such a schedule that you easily don’t feel part of the day. Sit back at your table and just take in the décor your vision and how it all came to life. The day goes by so fast, and when you look again, it’s the last dance. Try to delegate to your bridal party what you would like done on the day so that you can sit back and relax a bit.
2. If I had to plan my wedding again, I would have spent more time on....
The only regret I have is running late, and therefore we could not spend time with our guests while having canapes, and not being able to take more group pictures with them. We also did not get a chance to sit down and enjoy our meal, which was a total bummer as the food looked amazing! Also not exploring the farm area more beforehand to know where to take pictures.
3. I would have spent less time on.....
Even though it is necessary, less time on formalities and more interacting with our guest. The day/night goes by so fast you don’t even feel part of the celebration.
4. When I think back to my wedding day, I think of?
It was an absolute dream, and we had everything that I could have wished for. The setup of our ceremony in the Kelder was so different to the usual outside ceremonies.
